To attend in person, visit the Thurston Regional Planning Council offices at 2411 Chandler Court SW; Olympia, WA 98502. The meeting will be held in Conference Room A.

During this portion of the meeting, members of the public may address the Committee regarding the Committee’s business. Public comment for this meeting will be accepted in written and oral format.
  • Written comments: The deadline for submitting written public comments is noon (12pm PST) the Friday preceding the meeting, June 23, 2023. For written comments, please include your name and address, your comment, and email them to Written comments received by the deadline will be provided to the Committee prior to the meeting.
  • Oral comments: Please indicate that you wish to provide public comment when registering for the meeting. The Chair may limit oral public comments to two (2) minutes or less, depending on the meeting agenda and number of people wishing to comment.   2a.Review of Regional Initiatives – Alyssa Jones Wood, City of Tumwater; Linsey Fields, City of Lacey
Staff will review regional initiatives covered at the annual Climate Mitigation Retreat.

2b.Approval of Regional Initiatives
Staff will request Committee approval of a regional initiative to recommend for inclusion in Jurisdiction Partner 2024 work plans and budgets.

2c.ILA and Regional Guidance (attachment) - Pamela Braff, City of Olympia
Staff will provide an update on the Interlocal Agreement and Regional Guidance document.

2d.TRPC Scope of Work - Rebecca Harvey, Thurston County
Staff will present an update on extending TRPC's scope of work.
