RETREAT DESIRED OUTCOMES 

  • Durable agreement among Steering Committee and Multijurisdictional Staff Team members regarding the structure, roles, and the process/logistics for TCMP implementation. 
  • Participants have a better understanding of each jurisdiction’s progress in TCMP implementation and what will occur in 2023.
  • Participants are better acquainted with the team of people leading implementation (both elected officials and staff). 
  • Opportunity to begin discussions on remaining needs like ILA revision, annual retreat expectations, communications, and public input going forward.

Multi-jurisdictional Staff Team (MST) Members will go over the staff-proposed TCMP Regional Implementation Guidance document and the intention of the revised structure.
1:55pm5.Seeking Agreement on Key Issues
The MST is in agreement on key points of TCMP implementation going forward. The retreat is intended to align the MST and Steering Committee members. This agenda item will focus on finding agreement among the Steering Committee members on key issues from the proposal.
4:15pm6.The Big Picture 
Based on the decisions made above, as a group we will step through the points one by one to make sure that when we look at the whole – it is what we intended and can all support going forward.
4:25pm7. Next Steps Questions 
Group discussion on next steps needed based on the decisions made.
