8.High Capacity Transportation (HCT) Update (Attachment) (Presentation) - Veronica Jarvis, TRPC

Staff will present on the recently completed High-Capacity Transportation Roadmap Phase 1 project and the recently begun legislatively directed High-Capacity Transportation Project Phase 2. Travel sheds, ridership potential, regional density, transit long range plans, and evaluation of HCT options will be discussed.
