Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) invites all interested parties to review and comment on a request to transfer federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) funds. TRPC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Thurston County region and by federal law is responsible for the selection and prioritization of projects funded by regional STP grants. Thurston County is requesting that TRPC approve the transfer of $425,000 of STP funds, previously awarded to both the Maytown Road SW/Littlerock Road SW to SR 121 ($175,000) project and the Yelm Highway and Meridian Road Intersection ($250,000), and be transferred to the Rich Road Upgrade Project. 

TRPC reviewed this request on September 9, 2016 and take final action on October 7, 2016.
