Data from surveys identifies areas that are working and areas that need help. This information allows for more educated recommendations to overcome potential hurdles at your worksite.
Surveying Your Employees
 
Worksites must measure employee commute behavior every 2 years to determine their progress toward CTR goals.
To help worksites meet this requirement, the Washington State Department of Transportation provides a standard survey form and survey processing, at no charge to the worksite. The survey is available as a paper Scantron form or as an online version.

2017 is a CTR Survey Year!



This year is a CTR Survey year. Surveying will take place mid-April through mid-June at all CTR worksites in Thurston County. As a reminder, state law requires all CTR worksites to survey employees on their commute habits. We will provide the survey to ETCs.

To increase efficiency, in survey years a combined Abbreviated Annual Report & Survey Setup Information Form is submitted. This form is required to set up your worksite's CTR Survey. All worksites must submit this form by 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 31st. After your form is submitted, you will receive detailed information on the next steps in the survey process.

March 14th Networking Session



The March 14th ETC Networking Session, here at TRPC, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. will include a general overview of the CTR Survey process. If you are planning to attend the Networking Session and have not yet registered, please rsvp by the end of the day Thursday, March 9th.
